Strategy Days at Viscosa is a two-day motivating and refreshing team outing from Tallinn Airport to Hiiumaa. Here you can focus on work, take breaks in Hiiumaa’s untouched nature and top it all off with the local cultural scene. Thanks to regular flight connections, you can reach Hiiumaa from the centre of Tallinn in essentially just one hour — no more travel time than a typical commute to the office and back. Viscosa is very close to nature. Team members can rest their thoughts by heading to the sea or into the forest, and those who don't want to venture too far can take a refreshing stroll around our large inner courtyard to breathe in the clean Hiiumaa air.

Viscosa as a creative incubator
If the inspiration gathered from the exhibitions sends your inner Pegasus soaring, you can ride the creative surge that emerges during strategy days and make something with your own hands. In the Viscosa Creative Studio, you can design and 3D print souvenirs or product prototypes, experiment with different ideas — for example, applying your company or even personal brand logo to clothing using textile or silk screen printing techniques, or engraved on an object. The Creative Studio also offers a chance to simply enjoy some hands-on making during a strategy day, giving the fruits of strategic collaboration space to grow in the mind at the same time.

Fresh air is strategically vital for a quality life — and we have plenty of it here in Hiiumaa! It is especially beneficial to move actively in the fresh air, and if along the way you happen to encounter a rarer representative of the local flora or fauna, the possible holy trinity of fresh air has reached the peak of its existence.
