Project: Digitalization and Automation of Workflows at Utoopia INN OÜ via BOUK Accommodation and Ancillary Service Booking and Management Software.
Project objective: By the start of the 2025 summer season, Utoopia INN OÜ implemented the BOUK property and ancillary service management and booking engine at Utopia No. 9 Guesthouse and conducted training for system users. As a result of the project, various booking channels were integrated and a guesthouse booking engine was created, enabling convenient sales and management of both accommodation and additional services. Grant amount: €12,642.
